Here we go, the signal of the end of the Bush "presidency" has chimed. Karl Rove will leave the white house at the end on this month (August). CNN actually has an interesting article about an early [Lame Duck](http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/08/13/rove.analysis/index.html) scenario. Is is responsible of Bush to consider the 15 month mark as his two-week-notice? There is a failed war to keep going, right? I also read that he would still be somewhat protected from Congressional Subpoena. Can someone else fill me in on why this guy shouldn't be required to sing under oath?
